“Let us set out on this way, with the Gospel as our guide.” – The Rule of St. Benedict
—————
Coram Deo is a ministry founded in 2013 under the name Reading For The Glory as a simple “book blog” and has blossomed into a growing network of writers. Standing firmly within the broadly Catholic Anglican tradition Coram Deo exists to “discover truth, goodness, and beauty in the presence of God.” We accomplish this in three main ways (1) thoughtfully crafted articles and resource recommendations, (2) enriching conversations on the Coram Deo Podcast, and (3) in person gatherings for the purpose of spiritual formation.
Our aim is to follow Benedictine spirituality through The Rule of St. Benedict. The basic tenets of Benedictine spirituality include: stability, simplicity, humility, obedience, and prayer. As we follow the way of St. Benedict we seek to be Christ-centered, liturgically focused, scripture saturated, and hospitable.

Coram Deo is a partner ministry with Missio Mosaic which is a missional society that exists “to see more Jesus followers, in more neighhoods and communities, in a more just and caring world, all for the greater glory of God.” Missio Mosaic provides Coram Deo with spiritual leadership and connection within the global Anglican communion, as well as leadership development and ministry partnerships.
